Which Paybill number do I use?

731731, for every network. Safaricom, Airtel and Telkom all use the same Paybill.

What do I put as the account number?

The phone number you want to top up, written like 0712345678. It can be your own number or someone else's.

Can I buy airtime for someone on another network?

Yes. Pay from your M-PESA and put their number as the account number. If they're on Airtel or Telkom, the airtime goes straight to their line.

How fast does the airtime arrive?
